Amigos - look forward to meeting you all and hearing about your efforts
during Mobility Shifts in October.  I'll be on the policy panel the
closing Saturday.  Will touch on our efforts @StateDept to connect with
foreign publics through traditional public diplomacy means (exchanges,
English language), but through revamped methods (virtual exchange,
English lessons via mobile, etc.).  Need your feedback!
