[iDC] Impact of ICTs on Repressive Regimes: Findings

Dear All,

I thought findings from the first part of my dissertation research might be
of interest. This is a large-N quantitative study to determine whether the
diffusion of ICTs have any statistically significant impact on the frequency
of protests in repressive environments between 1990-2007.
