Hi all,

Here is a paper I presented in Buenos Aires in March:

The paper is ostensibly about a kind of artistic surfing, but really 
it is about revisiting de Certeau and his applicability to art. This 
topic came up a while back here in the "Reflection on the Activist 
Strategies in the Web 2.0 Era" thread. This paper is a more thorough 
consideration of some of the things I posted in that thread.

A Spanish translation should be available online at some point, along
