Ryan, you are correct. I followed the news about this planned
acquisition of Facebook until very recently and assumed that they took
the $750 million offer. But yes, there are whispers that say that Mark
Zuckerberg may get the $2 bn that he demands, now from Google (but Yahoo
does not give up so easily either). 

For my argument, however, it matters little which media giant drops down
the cash.
